Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £35,000 basic + £20,000 in commission

This company partners with the likes of Red Bull Racing, The Financial Times and Forbes magazine to help these companies communicate more clearly than ever with their customers. The platform is driven by AI and gives laser clarification to audio conversations.

In the era of WFH or WF….anywhere(!) background noise is the new pandemic. In the case of sales teams, crackly phones lines can leave customers frustrated and in the case of racing drivers… well perhaps it was this company’s tech that lead to the contentious recent win!

This is a new part of the market, and this company have designed a proprietary piece of tech meaning they have caused quite a (sound) wave and now have too many leads from customers wanting to try the platform.

The founder is well known in the industry, the branding has been very well designed and as such the company has quite a “ cool” feel about it all.

The Role

Due to demand we are therefore hiring x2 SDRs to join this company as founding SDR team members. The role will involve acting upon the aforementioned leads to qualify new business opportunity and book demos for the Account Executive team. Over time you will learn and hone your sales skills to be able to manage the full sales cycle yourself.

The Money

The first year earnings potential is £55,000 OTE with no prior experience required.

The right candidate will need to be hungry for success, eager to learn and want to engage with customers to help solve their problems. The role will suit someone in their 0-36 months out of university/ education or similar.
