Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £30,000 Basic + £10,000 OTE

Location: Brighton & Hove

They are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join the vibrant, fun, ambitious team in Hove to supercharge their growth and spread the word that companies can be doing L&D better!

  • Using a multi-channel approach to spark interest in your target accounts with the aim of arranging a demonstration of our platforms.
  • Cold calling key decision makers and overcoming objections to book the next step in the sales process.
  • Creatively using emails and personalised videos to ‘break through the noise’ of our prospects' inboxes.
  • Getting your prospects excited about working with us through your excellent product understanding, market knowledge and powerful questions
  • Consistently following your prospecting process to generate consistent results
  • Hitting your targets of demonstrations and value of opportunity found each month
  • Using Hubspot (CRM)
