Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £30,000 + £30,000 commission

We are recruiting for a highly acclaimed business which acts as a go-to-market intelligence platform for some of the largest and most notorious software and tech businesses in the world. The company works with tech companies as a trusted advisor to help them to understand who to target next or where to grow and expand and therefore fundamentally how to unlock new revenue opportunities. Working with 28 of the top 30 vendors, this business is highly acclaimed as a leader in their field. The company employs 200 people globally and has grown 40% year on year since inception.


The message is simple, by working with this business, top software companies can transform the way that they go to market for the better!


The Role


Partnering with a specific more senior sales person (an Account Executive), you will work to define key focus territories, accounts and targets to approach. You will be encouraged to bring creative ways of attracting new customers to the table and your ideas will be encouraged. Initially you will be responsible for around the first 30% of the sales process, handing the deal over to the Account Executive at the appropriate time. The company simply LOVE promoting from within and from the SDR role there are multiple case studies where individuals have gone on to be star Account Executives or SDR Team Leaders or Managers.


The Culture


The company invest heavily in their team and 2022 is going to kick-off with a trip to Santa Barbara. The Presidents club (an award for the top performing sales people) was last in the Bahamas and included once – in – a -lifetime type activities such as swimming with sharks (not compulsory!!) which shows the companies want to reward high achieving team members!
