Sales Development Representative

£30,000 basic + £10,000 commission 

London


Our client is an exciting Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things Technology Company that is creating a new category within SaaS, 'Smart Factories'. The Company was founded in 2015 to help some of the World's leading manufacturers transform the way their labour, processes and machinery connect. The Company is dedicated to building the autonomous factory of the future using cloud computing, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, its mission is to turn the 80% of unconnected factories worldwide into smart manufacturing hubs; connecting machines, workers and robotics to improve efficiency, increase worker safety, reduce costs and drive productivity.

  

The Company was accepted into an accelerator run by Cisco and University College London within a year of launching. By December 2017, it had signed up its first two customers; just a year later, it was managing 600 machines for global manufacturers. Today, its backers include some of the UK’s leading investors, and its customers number some of the world’s most innovative manufacturers.

   

Your Responsibilities:


· Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers

· Leverage the prospecting tools provided (Salesforce, Lusha LinkedIn, SalesLoft)

· Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

· Consistently achieve monthly quota of meetings booked/qualified opportunities


Qualifications:


· Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

· Very proficient using social media and other digital tools / software

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work


Compensation:


· Base salary of £30K 

· £10K variable performance-based compensation linked to meetings booked / pipeline source
