Sales Development Representative

£30,000 + £10,000 commission

We are recruiting for the hottest Sales Development Representative opportunity in Bristol. This company is looking for a fresh graduate or someone with some sales experience to take on an SDR Role. The Company are paying a generous £30,000 basic so if you are a superstar then please apply!


The Company:


This Company is a fast-growth SaaS company in the e-commerce space. This is a booming sector because everyone is shopping online at the moment and they will be for the foreseeable future. There has never been more demand for this software and last month the Company had the biggest month ever on record. The Company is growing at 40% year-on-year and is profitable. They are the category leader in their space.

In 2016 this Company hired a new CEO that set them in the direction that they are currently in. They are on the cusp of raising $30 million (Series D) and expect to grow massively. It is the RIGHT time to join this company as it is about to explode and you will be getting in just before that happens.


The Company sell a retail operations platform for retailers, wholesalers and brands that essentially manages the process from pressing 'buy' to the customer receiving a product.


Responsibilities:

  1. Book meetings with target prospects in the e-commerce space
  2. Lots of the leads are inbound and warm
  3. Target – minimum of 7 meetings a month
  4. Use tools like email and LinkedIn to create campaigns
  5. Shadow on demos


Training:

 

This role with start remotely. The initial onboarding is 4-weeks and will cover everything you need to know about retail, wholesale, the most common issues, the maturity issues, all of the competitors and alternative options, objection handling, pricing, how the teams work together and how the company runs, the operational calendar. 

There is a lot of shadowing, coaching and on the job learning.


Progression:


There are three different routes you can take after this role… And the company want you to take progress within 6-12 months… You can become an Account Manager, Account Executive or move into the Partner Channel. Top performing sales people at this company could earn £100k +
