This company sells an employee engagement software that is a user-friendly, cloud-based platform that employees of large companies can log into and share questions, opinions and ideas anonymously. The company is in start-up mode but has already won clients such as HSBC, UBS and Shoosmiths. The company is looking for consultative and intelligent graduates who want to be in sales but also care about improving workplace culture and are looking to sell a product that they can really get behind.

This is a Sales Development Representative Role to be based out of this company’s co-working space office in Central London. You will be teamed up with an Account Executive and you will be tasked with booking one meeting a day in a target account. Once you are up and running you will start to attend client meetings and run software demonstrations. You will be expected to progress into an Account Executive Role within a year. The basic salary is £28,000 - £30,000 and the commission in year one is £10,000 - £15,000.
