Job Description

Trailblazing the way in modern day customer service, this business helps some of the world’s biggest retail and service providing brands to provide the most intuitive, timely & personalised customer service across multiple platforms and channels. As one of the fastest growing start-ups in Europe and with an impressive series B round of funding under their belt, they are now looking for a Sales Development Lead to help them on their journey to exit.

It is going to be fast, furious and very rewarding so if you are up for scaling a SaaS business in it’s journey to exit this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the global SDR strategy for the business
  • Manage the current team of 8 SDRs and grow to 15 around the world
  • Provide sales critical insight to the company directors and board

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 2 years in Sales Development Management
  2. Experience of working in an predominantly outbound business targeting larger scale prospects
  3. Up for working in a scrappy environment where you need to make every day count!
