The Sales and Marketing teams drive Colt's growth and brand awareness, and your experience within this team will be made up of four rotations through Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing and Professional Services.

As a part of our Sales & Marketing teams you will be at the centre of growing Colt's presence and making customers across Europe, Asia and the US - large and small - aware of our services and products. You will rotate through four areas and work collaboratively with our Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing and Professional Services teams.

Sales Enablement
To deliver on two of key objectives - 'make it easy' and 'develop our people' - the Sales Enablement team delivers training programmes, assess, analyse and report the performance of our salespeople to develop best practise and drive collaboration initiatives. They develop skills in Strategic Programme Management, Data Analytics, Sales Training and Systems & Process Improvement.

The Sales team covers three main domains; Enterprise, Capital Markets and Wholesale across Europe, Asia and the US. Their focus is to find new business opportunities and ensure long lasting and successful relationships.

The Marketing team has exposure to Marketing Analytics, Global Communications, PR, Events, and Brand & Digital. They work alongside the sales teams to plan, execute and review marketing initiatives. They build Colt's profile externally through press releases and events and setting the strategy for Colt's brand.

Professional Services
Our Professional Services team supports sales channels globally, with a primary focus on helping sales succeed and providing specialisation and focus to products, technologies and channels.
