On our Sales & Business Management Scheme you’ll gain first-hand experience of how our branch network operates and the role that our regional sales teams play in driving our business forward.


What does the Scheme offer?


Regardless of where you start, you’ll get involved from day one on real work and make a real impact. Within the first year you’ll learn what it takes to be an Agent, Sales Development Consultant and Quality Development Consultant. With the focus solely on our agency network, you’ll be shadowing others to begin with, but soon you’ll have the responsibility to manage agency relationships in your area. If you are interested in becoming an Agent at the end of the Scheme, you could also take on our one-year Trainee Agent scheme, with the potential to run your own business in the future.


What do you need to apply?


Alongside a good degree, you’ll have an enthusiastic, positive nature and a proactive attitude – that’s really important. Maybe you see yourself an entrepreneur or you’d like to run your own business one day. You’ll be keen to learn, willing to get stuck in to every challenge and take on each opportunity that comes your way. You’ll be great with people, ready to collaborate across different teams and build strong working relationships at every level. You don’t need sales experience, but if you’re the tenacious type, who can help to develop long-lasting relationships with our customers then we’d love to hear from you.
