Sales Administrator - Interior Design
£20,000-£25,000 (Dependant on experience) + Benefits

The Company

A well-known, US based interior supply brand. This company provide fabrics, carpets and wall coverings for large scale interior design projects globally. The company's head office is in the United States, and they have high end design showrooms in all of the leading design centres throughout the world. The UK arm of the business, based in London, has enjoyed successful growth, with exciting forecasts for the future.

Your role will include:

*Providing support to Sales Manager and Account Managers
*Taking telephone enquiries from customers, responding to emails and keeping accurate and detailed records of customer queries.
*Calculating estimates
*Pro-forma Invoices
*Composing Excel Spreadsheets for sales related tasks.
*Reserving stock from inventory and maintaining reserves
*Checking stock from rug inventory
*Client Hospitality
*Support trade events

To be a successful applicant for the role you will have:

*Ideally you will have some administration experience
*A keen interest in Interior Design Industry
*Proficient IT skills including experience using Microsoft Windows and the Office package including: Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Well-presented and excellent spoken English
*Immaculately presented
