Are you a Graduate who is looking for a challenging and very varied Administration role that gives you the chance to also sell and earn commission?


Based at our Head Office in Sale, you will be working for a growing leading Graduate Recruitment Consultancy and will responsible for answering all administration aspects including: -


• Answering the incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients and graduates;

• Inputting all CVs onto our CRM Database;

• Ordering stationery and ensuring stock levels are maintained;

• Preparing all documentation for our weekly Assessment Days;

• General office duties e.g. photocopying, scanning, filing and shredding;

• Liaison with external sources with regards to office equipment, building and facilities management.


A major part of your role will also include co-ordination of our ISMM Training Courses. This will involve: -


• Liaising with clients and booking delegates onto relevant Modules ensuring Spreadsheet is accurate and up to date at all times. Knowledge of Outlook essential;

• Sending out confirmations, Certificates and requesting references for the ISMM Diplomas;

• Selling these courses alongside our additional Personal Development Courses available;

• Preparing all Training Documentation, Personal Development Folders and coursework;

• Working closely with Training Manager and Accounts Department.


Other duties in this varied role include: -


• Proof Reading Adverts then uploading them onto Website and various Job Boards;

• Checking vacancies are still live;

• Uploading templates and sending mailshots;

• Keeping CRM Database clear of duplicates;

• Liaison with Suppliers e.g. Photocopier, Water Cooler, Comms, Cloud provider;

• Monitoring email system via outlook and arranging forwarding, auto replies and out of office set up for staff;

• Health & Safety.
