Our client owns and operates some of the best shopping centres across the country. With over 21 million square feet of retail space in 16 locations between the UK and Spain, their centres attract over 400 million customer visits a year and more than half of the UK population visit one of their centres each year.

This role sits in their innovative digital platform working to help merge the physical and

digital shopping worlds in an ever-changing retail landscape. On their website you can shop all their shopping centres in-centre, online and on the go. This role is based in their Corporate HQ in Central London where around 50 staff work across Tech, Content, Retail, Marketing and Operations.


The Role:


Reporting in to the Digital Operations Manager, you will have primary responsibility for conducting detailed business analysis on revenue and partnerships. The role offers a huge opportunity for creativity and the ability to influence key stakeholders across the business with insights. You will need an inquisitive and logical mind-set, and must have extensive experience using Excel (any other analytics software packages are

desirable).

This position would suit a recent graduate looking for a business insights role within the e-commerce sector with the opportunity the influence decisions.

Ideally the candidate will have a relevant degree, although the role is open to applicants from all degree disciplines.


Your responsibilities:

 Daily revenue reporting and insights, including managing and developing the Revenue Dashboard

 Working closely with other departments to produce regular insight reports based on previous performance

 Assistance to Digital Ops Manager managing the product algorithm to boost retailer visibility in

the Online Shop

 Working closely with the Retail Team to identify key retailer opportunities and producing insights on current partnerships

 Help to increase the quantity and depth of analyses and identify areas for enhancing revenues

 Use available data to help create a better understanding for performance trends within the

business

 Report and analyse performance on the existing and new App


Your skills:

- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills

- Great communication skills at all levels & the ability to multi-task effectively

- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability work off of your own initiative

- An interest in ecommerce and digital technology, ideally with some work experience or

demonstrable skills in reporting and/or data manipulation
