The Candidate

Celsius are looking for a proactive individual who would enjoy operating within the recruitment industry through a resourcing and administration assistant position at Celsius.

The role

The resourcing and administration assistant role at Celsius is vital to the smooth running of operations.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing candidates and managing new applications.
• Candidate checks.
• Organising the diary of the managing director and setting up briefing calls for him.
• Sending out confirmations to clients and candidates for interviews and zoom assessments.
• Managing and ensuring the smooth running of zoom assessments and client calls.

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of office systems such as Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (able to communicate with clients and candidates via email and potentially over the phone).
• Must be commutable to Mobberley therefore ideally have a Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
