Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy, covers every aspect of the Healthcare / Medical recruitment sector (search, perm and contract markets). With global expansion at the heart of their 2022 plans, this leading and well-funded company has immediate openings in London (and other UK Cities) for recent graduates looking to fast track their careers.

A successful Resourcer / Candidate Consultant can expect:

  

• An initial base salary of 21-24k, rising swiftly to 26k

In this exciting Resourcer / Candidate Consultant role, you will: 

• Join a performing team where the focus is on delivering revenue from a growing list of healthcare accounts
• Resource for contract and perm healthcare-based vacancies
• Identify and qualify senior candidates from a variety of databases, job boards and platforms
• Use your entrepreneurial spirit, as your input and success will help define the team
• Complete in-house training
• Fastrack through to a 360 Consultant position

Resourcer / Candidate Consultant applications are invited from:  

• Recent top 40 university graduates who have a strong determination to break into the recruitment sector
