A successful Executive Search Researcher can expect:

In this exciting Executive Search Researcher role, you will:

• Support the winning and delivery of executive campaigns
• Deliver high-quality research
• Prepare documentation that demonstrates a deep understanding of market issues
• Provide insights in advance of client meetings
• Manage executive search campaigns
• Develop and manage talent pools (C-Level talent)

Executive Search Researcher applications are invited from:

• Recent top 40 university graduates who have a strong determination to break into Executive Search
• Previous commercial experience (customer-facing, research or recruitment etc.)
• Highly professional candidates with first-class communication and presentation skills
