They are an executive search firm and not a recruitment consultancy, this is therefore a research based, not sales based position. Having said that they are looking for graduates with at least 6 months recruitment experience who know that researching is something that they enjoy.

Educated - a top degree, 2.1 or higher from a Russell Group university.
Mature - you will be dealing with executives of companies and so it is essential to have the maturity to liase with them in the proper way.
Multi-tasker - we need someone who can manage their time efficiently.
Desire to learn - have the desire to learn quickly about business news, industry development, and detailed information about specific companies and/or industry sectors.
Strong team player - each search task is a team game, you have to put your all in, in order for the team to succeed.
