Energy Specialists are responsible for our members' experience. But this is not a typical customer service role. Because of our focus on digital experience, the majority of members self serve the simple issues. This means you'll be challenged to deal end-to-end with the more complex cases.
Whether you're answering emails, speaking to members on the phone and chat, or working on make it better projects, you'll be finding ways to continually improve member experience.
You don't need any knowledge or prior experience, we're more interested in the skills and traits you bring along. We'll equip you with the relevant knowledge and tools to succeed.
We're looking for people willing to invest into the role and the team. In return we provide:
- Starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 plus discretionary annual; bonus
- £1,000 training budget every year towards your development
