ESG Recruitment are currently working exclusively with specialist Digital and Technology Recruitment Consultancy based in the heart of Shoreditch, who are looking to secure a top flight Recruitment Consultant at the Rookie/Entry/Graduate Trainee level for an immediate start.


Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Trainee Level

Salary: £21,000 basic starting salary plus uncapped commission - 1st year OTE £45,000; 2nd year £90,000

Incentives: Regular client lunches/dinners, weekend trips away, opportunity to reach Management very quickly

Location: Shoreditch, Central London

Role: Networking - finding new clients, sourcing the best candidates to fit the needs of your clients, managing interview processes and negotiating contracts.

Your clients will be the people who are designing the newest iPhone/Android apps and YOU will be responsible for finding the right developers to make that app happen. Having worked with a number of Digital Recruitment agencies before, we have seen new Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants with the right personality and attitude rise through the ranks exceptionally quickly with this firm.


You will receive intensive training from your first day to help kick-start your career. You will then get huge amounts of exposure to seasoned recruiters in your team who will aid you to get up and running in record time so you can start earning the top salary you are after!


The role of a Recruiter is incredibly diverse and no two days are the same. The role can be challenging and involve long hours but the rewards in recruitment can be staggering.

  • We value a degree because it proves that you are hard-working and committed but we also appreciate not everyone can go to University so if you are a 2nd jobber (ideally with some sales experience, although not essential) then we would welcome your application.
