An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading Graduate Recruitment teams in London. Aspire are an award-winning recruitment agency based in fantastic offices in the West End and we specialise in the digital, marketing and media industries. As a Consultant, you will be joining our Graduate team (who are one of the best-performing divisions of the business!) in a role that will be fast-paced, varied and working in a very close-knit team. We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson to come on board to take the initiative in developing a new client base as well as work on roles with existing accounts. We have mapped out a whole territory which we need someone to grow and develop.


Recruitment Consultant - Graduate Recruitment


You will be joining our Graduate Digital team who focus on assisting bright graduates into the innovation-led world of digital media. It is a hugely exciting industry that is fast-growing so there is lots of potential for a go-getter to be very successful in a short space of time (and make a lot of money in the process!) by taking ownership of their desk from Day One. The role will focus on developing new clients to bring on new roles in businesses of any type (from media agencies to tech start-ups). The roles you will be working on will vary from marketing, analysis to sales and support . You will also be responsible for filling the position through a variety of formats - such as group assessments. This role requires you to be a hunter and not be afraid to pick up the phone and develop new business.



Recruitment Consultant - Graduate Market


The successful candidate for this role will have:


- Ideally a strong academic background (although this is not essential)
- Some experience within sales (ideally phone-based/B2B) with a focus on business development
- Solid understanding of what a role in recruitment entails
- Passion and enthusiasm for both graduate recruitment and digital
- A strong work-ethic and alot of resilience
- Enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to learn
