Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you'll learn all the ins and outs of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships. The Role:
- Identify and recruit top athletic talent through scouting, attending games and competitions, and reviewing resumes and videos
- Develop and maintain relationships with athletes, coaches, and other industry professionals
- Conduct interviews and evaluations of potential recruits to assess their skills, abilities, and character
- Provide guidance and support to potential recruits throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with coaches and other staff members to ensure recruiting efforts align with the organization's goals and needs
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and communicate regularly with management regarding progress and results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategy
Ideal Candidates for the Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:
- Recent graduates who have achieved 2:2 or higher (preferred but not essential)
- Self-starters who are ambitious, competitive and confident
- Strong communication skills - both verbally and written
- Sales/recruitment experience is preferred but required
