The Role: - Recruitment - Talent Manager

• Full training provided from industry experts training will encompass delivery, candidate management, sales training, retained search and more
• Structured career development programme where you progress through the stages of recruitment to become an expert
• Focusing on Talent Management and Delivery initially
• Work with leading edge technology (Bullhorn CRM system and Cloudcall)
• Utilise professional media platforms such as Linked In, Xing to identify and attract talent
• Structured career path to take you from Talent Manager to Delivery Consultant through to 360 Consultant with business development responsibility
• Typical deal size last year was in excess of £15K
• Huge earnings potential
• Report to the Head of the Talent Team

You:

• Graduate
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a professional work environment
• Driving licence, own car and commutable to Altrincham
• Tenacious, hungry, and hard-working

• Are thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware
• Excellent communicator both written and verbally
