We are a truly global organisation and can evidence successful placements, from senior management to C-level, in over 30 countries. Typically, candidate’s basic salaries will be no less than £150,000, meaning commissions to Consultants are significantly above market average.

- Headhunting executive individuals for 'hard to fill' positions
- Researching the market and creating sector specific databases
- Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy
- Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates
- Negotiating contracts and payment terms
G&E only hires Graduates. We train and develop our Consultants to be future managers and business leaders. Our youngest Managing Director graduated and joined the business in 2017, proving our CEO’s belief that “if you are good enough, you are old enough”.
Our cradle to grave training and development programs will ensure that you can confidently have consultative discussions at a senior level, in a quick time frame. For example, our 2020 Graduates regularly talk to C- level candidates and clients in some of the world’s largest organisations.
