Who are we looking for?
• As our ideal Real Estate Graduate you will need to be enthusiastic, well organised, and self-motivated.
• You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject with a minimum achievement of a 2:1 classification.


What might my 2 year programme entail?
The role of Real Estate Graduate will be reporting to the Regional Head of Estates and form part of the team covering Land and Natural Resources throughout the region.


You will work in close liaison with the Property Estates Manager/Regional Head of Estates to assist with the delivery of specific projects to meet the strategic development objectives of the business area in respect of mineral and land acquisition and development, to include gaining of planning consents for mineral working, ancillary and added value operations and built development. The role will also include work on the delivery of rental enhancement and built development opportunities as well as compliance with planning and tenure agreements. The role may also include specific responsibility for discrete operational sites as directed by the Property Estates Manager/Regional Head of Estates.
