The Role:

Planning - dealing with all planning activities on radio campaigns from start to finish on allocated accounts so campaigns are delivered to the right target audiences

Relationship management - developing fantastic relationships with key contacts at agencies and media owners to ensure you are their first port of call for any queries

Reporting on campaign performance so that clients know how effective their budgets are being

Recognising any possible new business opportunities to ensure the pipeline of clients stays strong

Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge about the radio industry so you are an expert in your field

The Candidate:

Previous experience in radio planning and buying (or an internship/some work experience within the radio industry) will mean you can immediately start working on campaigns from the very start

A solid understanding and passion for the radio industry will ensure you can deliver on client briefs with creativity and ideas

Strong negotiation skills will mean you are able to get the best return on investment for your clients

Excellent prioritisation skills to enable yourself to work quickly and efficiently

Numeracy and analytical ability are important so you can analyse the performance of your campaigns
