We are ISG. Our vision is to become the world’s most dynamic construction services company, delivering places that help people and businesses thrive. Our 2,800 worldwide specialists in fit out, technology, construction and development deliver not just buildings, but also an exceptional delivery dynamic and strong customer relationships built on mutual trust, collaboration, and open communication.

For nearly three decades, ISG has been providing construction solutions to some of the world's most successful and enduring businesses, cities and institutions. Our customers trust us to deliver — and our repeat business and numerous industry accolades prove it. Delivering the places of tomorrow requires the ability to think big, collaborate widely and meaningfully, and build in real capacity for change. For this reason, everything we do at ISG, from our work with our customers to our relationships with our own people, is focused on delivering smarter and more resilient places of tomorrow.

As a graduate trainee in quantity surveying/commercial management you will work closely with the surveyors on site to help manage and track the commercial aspects of a project - a key part of ensuring successful delivery of a project.

If you like to build relationships, negotiate, and consider the financial implications of decisions for both the client and ISG, then this could be the role for you. You will negotiate costs on the project with sub-contractors, value and support in any project changes from the client, helping ensure we deliver on budget and make a profit. Your organisational skills will be key to helping you deliver as a quantity surveyor.
