Our client is a London based Utility Contractor that was formed in 1989. The company has offices in Borehamwood, Charlton, Manchester and Edinburgh to supply utility contract services throughout the UK.

How you can expect to spend your day:

Recording information received from multiple work sites including: working hours, materials used, and inspections completed

Processing of information to support Quantity Surveyors

Reconciliation of Plant & Transport used on each project

The ideal candidate's personality and qualifications:

Confident communication skills

Maintaining high standards

Good attention to detail and problem solving

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

Previous administration experience

Able to manage busy workload

Strong organisational skill
