Work hand in hand with Designers, Buyers and Merchandisers to help deliver brilliant fashion and quality homewares.
About the programme
Our Product Technologists have been a driving force behind our ability to innovate like no other retailer. Combining practicality with creativity, they’re the ones who make sure our customers fall in love with everything they buy from us – whether it’s garments, footwear or homewares – and make the most of every day.
Join us as a Graduate Trainee Assistant Technologist and, from day one, you could be working at the cutting edge of tailoring technology. From the magic of our Stay New™ fabrics, to our Stormwear™ technology, not to mention Insolia comfort footwear and our Airwave seat pads – our clothes and luxurious homeware are full of innovation. You’ll make sure that continues.
Working with teams of Designers, Buyers and Merchandisers, you’ll use the latest technologies (and help develop some of our own) as well as review and test our range of products – all to deliver the sustainability, quality and value our customers love. What’s more, you’ll work closely with our suppliers to make sure their standards are as high as ours.
Whichever part of Product Technology you join, you’ll be making the most of your textiles science, garment technology or material science degree. And while most of your learning will be done on-the-job, you’ll also have training in M&S codes of practice and learn how to use our specialist tools.
