Our award-winning graduate and apprentice programmes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the next generation of vehicles you’ll help produce. In fact, we’ve designed our early careers programmes for you to shape the future with us. With opportunities right across our business, you’ll use your creativity to bring new ideas to life, develop specialist, commercial and project skills and push the boundaries of your potential.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This is where our inspiration, and yours, comes to life. Join us here and you’ll be working right at the cutting-edge, utilising the world’s most advanced technologies in state-of- the-art facilities.

Computer Aided Engineering uses computer models such as finite element models, computational fluid dynamics or multi-body dynamics. The CAE tools are used to aid the development and optimisation of components and systems. As the emphasis on the virtual world and validation techniques using CAE grows, this role will become more in demand. There is also a need to develop the CAE tool sets and modelling methods helping to drive the business forwards. CAE Engineers require a technical mindset, constantly checking the results with engineering calculations.

With ongoing support from industry-leading experts and opportunities to gain further skills and experience, you’ll be the one keeping us out in front.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Excellence runs throughout our entire business and we expect you to be the same. So as well as working towards a degree in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Geometry & Design; Computer Science or Computer Game Development at 2:2 level or higher, you’ll need drive, creativity, a keen eye for detail and a never-ending commitment to delivering results.

We have a wide variety of roles that span across our engineering function. Although you’re applying specifically to this stream, there will be opportunity for you once you’ve been offered a place on the graduate scheme to express which other areas are of interest to you. This will help us to determine where your best fit will be.

Whatever your role, you’ll discover our dedication to developing excellence runs throughout the

business. Your innovation and creativity will be challenged every day, as you develop a rigorous and commercially focused approach to your work.

And with ongoing support from industry-leading experts, you’ll quickly realise the schemes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the pioneering vehicles you’ll help produce.

All of our undergraduate programmes have a fixed start date commencing June 24 2019 and will run for a duration of three, six or 12 months.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Whichever path you follow, your hard work and contribution deserves recognition. So as well as ongoing support and learning opportunities, you’ll receive a competitive salary. This will be around £300 per week, or £15,600 p.a.

For those on 6 or 12 month placements, a generous holiday allowance will also be yours, as will many other benefits. With on-site facilities like gyms and sports hall, plus regular social events, you’ll have plenty of chances to make friends and have fun too.
