This means that opportunity to take up leadership positions will be accelerated. The role is also commission based meaning earning potential is good as well. The role itself will originate as a resource, allowing you to learn in depth the scape of the markets and what is needed to be successful in the role. Your roles at this time will involve:

•Carrying out extensive research into the markets
•Compiling lists of potential candidates
•Assisting the consultants

Once you have passed probation period you will become a full consultant meaning that your role will develop from simply dealing with candidates to more client facing responsibilities as well. This is where exposure to the banks and equity firms becomes more prominent and the role becomes more complex and challenging as the account management features become more prominent and your roles move from dealing with only candidates to clients as well.
