Your main task will be to sift applications from all kinds of people on behalf our clients. It means comparing each person’s skills and experience against the criteria set by the client. You’ll progress successful candidates through the selection process, making notes on our Application Tracking System (ATS) and applying a keen eye for detail. And, as part of a wider delivery team, you may have the opportunity to take on other admin tasks such as answering phone and email queries.

This is a key role that calls for knowledge of the recruitment industry. Ideally, you’ll have experience of providing a similar service to clients. With this background, you’ll have developed good IT skills and high standards of accuracy. Calm, adaptable and professional, you’ll get the job done (well), even under pressure. Bring initiative, good communication skills and the ability to pick up new IT, and you could soon be a part of a supportive, friendly team.
