It is safe to say they are a start-up in hyper growth mode raising approximately €57 million in Series C funding last year, bringing them to a total of €80 million investment to date.

As a result of their great success Paddle is on an exciting journey with plans to expand to the US and globally. The team has grown to 165 employees and serves over 3,000 software companies in 245 countries and territories globally, empowering them to respond to every growth opportunity across customer acquisition, renewals and expansion.

They are now looking to build on this great momentum aiming for 200 employees by the end of 2021 and are specifically on the hunt to find Business Development Representatives to take their message to market. As the foundation of the sales team, BDRs are crucial to driving revenue growth through targeted prospecting, qualifying, and lead nurturing. You will work closely with Account Executives to devise and execute prospecting strategies and then create a personalised experience that leads to a demo. To support your own path of progression you will be able to watch demos delivered by the AEs to get a sense of the full sales cycle. This is very much a ramp role and top performers are expected to move to the mid market BDR after 6 months of learning the product and how to sell.
