Opus Energy, a dynamic organisation, is looking to recruit exceptional graduates for its Business Graduate Programme to start in September 2018. The scheme is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are looking to progress in a career within a commercial operation and have a desire to progress to management levels. During the three years of the scheme, graduates will rotate through a series of roles which will be designed to afford the graduate with vital exposure to many areas of this innovative and growing energy company. Scheme Details
The three year scheme will give you full exposure to Opus Energy and the various business areas that are involved in our commercial operations. Graduates will be given the opportunity to spend time in Sales, Customer Operations, Credit Control & Business Change in order to gain understanding into each area that contributes towards our customers' journey and the ongoing growth of the company.

The final year of the programme will be spent as a Team Leader in one of the above areas to provide vital experience before you move into your full time position.

The programme will give you experience of team management, project management and an understanding of the customer journey and how each element contributes to our overall success. This will provide you with the transferable skills to launch a successful management career with Opus Energy.

Graduates across our various programmes will also come together to work on a group project, taking responsibility for delivering a business critical solution. The exact nature of this project will be decided upon based on business needs, allowing further interaction with key stakeholders across the business.

Throughout the three years you will be supported by our Early Careers function and be immersed into a training programme that ensures you develop both professionally and personally. The team will also assign you a mentor to assist you at any time during the two year programme.

Scheme Requirements
You will either have graduated or be a final year university student in a Business related subject having gained/expecting a 2:1 degree.

Candidates must have:
• A high standard of oral and written communication skills
• The ability to apply a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• The confidence to interact with stakeholders across the business
• Knowledge of the industry is not necessary as full training will be provided.
