Scheme duration

Up to 3 years


Minimum candidate requirements

Minimum of a 2:2 at degree level


Working hours

40 hours per week, predominantly Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend and shifts as required


Travel and site rotations

This is a national role and the location will change throughout the duration of the graduate development programme as you progress throughout the seven rotations within our Building Products division, each lasting between 4 - 6 months.


Driving

Full driving licence required and a suitable vehicle will be provided.


Vacancy description

Through a combination of placements and projects, the programme will support the development of skills and expertise across all business areas including production, people management, logistics, supply chain, commercial and manufacturing excellence as well as budgeting and financial management.


You will need to be prepared to learn operations from grass-roots level. You will receive all of the support you need in a safe learning environment, to develop your people, technical and commercial skills as well as have exposure to senior leaders and decision makers to support your development.


The graduate scheme has been designed so that following the successful completion of the programme,  you will have the skills and experience to transition into an assistant operations management or site manager role.
