As an Office Co-ordinator working in one of our dynamic café-style offices, you are at the very heart of the business - meeting and greeting clients and handling all the administration work for the sales and letting teams.

You will be the face of Foxtons, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone visiting the office, whether they are vendors, landlords, buyers or tenants. You will also deal with a wide variety of enquiries on a daily basis, from customers wanting to buy or rent properties or those meeting their Negotiator to go on viewings.

You are also responsible for the administration and smooth running of the office. Working closely with the Sales and Lettings Managers you will gain a real insight into the workings of the property market, keeping up to date with new properties and updating records as necessary.
