What you'll learn on the Occupational Psychology Graduate Scheme
To help our people perform at their best, we need to understand the way they behave. That’s where our Occupational Psychologists come in. Through this programme, you’ll apply psychological theories, knowledge and practice to enhance our people proposition, supercharge the way we work and interact with each other, and create an environment where everybody thrives.
Following a two-week bootcamp giving you an overview of our People and Places function, you’ll rotate through different HR teams to develop a strong set of specialist expertise.
