What you’ll be doing

Based in Devenport, you’ll gain an in-depth experience in most aspects of the project lifecycle associated with the functions of a Quantity Surveyor, with a diverse range of projects across our business (£10k to £100m). We will teach you the required commercial and contract management skills needed to excel at all tasks.

To ensure you get the most out of the experience, you will be assigned a buddy, mentor and manager. You will also have regular performance reviews and attend sessions to help you develop key skills. There will be plenty of opportunity to visit our other sites and meet other placement students. During your time with us, you’ll meet a range of people, from graduates to directors, who will share their experiences and expand your industry knowledge. If you have a successful placement with us, you’ll be fast tracked through the graduate assessment process.

What you’ll need

• To be studying for a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related subject
• To be able to satisfy the MoD’s security requirements (you may need to complete a medical assessment)
