Norwegian Language - Customer Service Associate

Our client is the global leader in contractor and supplier information management. Recent growth in the Nordic market has prompted our client to build out the Nordic desk out of their London offices.

The Customer Service Associate serves as the driver of quality for customer inquiries and support, customer workflows, and day-to-day processes within contractor development. Our client helps companies identify the most qualified contractor companies that meet and exceed industry, regulatory, and company-specific standards in the areas of health, safety, quality, insurance, training, cybersecurity and ESG.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role: Customer Service Associate
Salary: £44,500 (+annual bonus)


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients
• Conduct training on products via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings
• Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
• Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems
• Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections
• Proactively analyse customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
• Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent Norwegian
• Customer Service / Retention experience considered a valuable asset
