As Inside Sales Account Manager you will:


Identify and contact key prospects


Responding to inbound inquiries via telephone and email


Develop information on prospects and competitors through research


Assist marketing in ad hoc duties


Maintain pipeline and accurate CRM records on prospects


Achieving set sales targets as determined in the budget


Maintain professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customers


Determine prospects business need and ensure customers are retained
