Multimedia Journalist Graduate

Peloton Events, a leading events management company, focusing on Rail, Hydrogen and Housing, is seeking a highlight motivated and skilled Multimedia Journalist Graduate to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, including interviews, transcriptions, videos, articles, marketing and other multimedia forms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with vent attendees, speakers, and other stakeholders to gather valuable insights and quotes
• Transcribe audio and video content to create compelling stories and informative articles.
• Edit video footage to create engaging promotional videos
• Write high-quality magazine articles on a variety of topics related to our events and industry trends
• Plan weekly marketing content with the marketing team to boost performance
• Utilise SEO knowledge to optimise content for search engines and increase visibility

Requirements:

• Degree in Journalism, Media and Communications, or a related field
• Strong interviewing skills and experience transcribing audio and video content
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of SEO and how to optimise content for search engines
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
