We’ll make you an outstanding leader.
You’ll make Morrisons.

Manufacturing Graduate Scheme
Did you know, at Morrisons we make 60% of our fresh food in-house? This doesn’t just make us the UK’s 2nd-largest fresh food manufacturer. We’ve 18 sites producing everything from bread, fish and meat to flowers, veg and salad. It also puts our manufacturing team right at the heart of our business.

So join us, on our Manufacturing Graduate Scheme, and you’ll be able to have a real impact on our success, as you learn what it takes to provide good quality and great value and discover how we are able to guarantee freshness from field to fork like no other supermarket can.

What you’ll be doing
We’re home to 18 manufacturing sites producing everything from bread, fish and meat to flowers, veg and salad. Over the course of your two-year scheme, you’ll work at many of these locations – motivating colleagues, developing leadership skills, working on live projects and helping to simplify and improve our processes.

You’ll also go on a placement in store to learn more about our retail operations and how the role you play in manufacturing impacts on the customer experience. Before you know it, you’ll find leading a team of up to 50 people as a frontline team or shift manager.

What you’ll need to join us
Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. So you’ll need to be a great communicator who can build strong working relationships with people across our business, treating everyone with empathy and respect. It’s crucial that you have a passion for food and food quality and safety, and that you’re always looking to do things better. And, given the pace of change here, you must be able to think on your feet and solve problems fast. We need you to be able to move around the country growing your skills in different sites – and a full UK driving licence is a must. A minimum 2:2 degree is also essential.
