We’ll make you into a business leader.
You’ll make Morrisons.

Corporate Graduate Scheme
Being a future leader of Morrisons is not like being a future leader anywhere else. Unlike our competitors, we own most of our own supply chain, which means we can offer you broader opportunities and perspectives – and the chance to shape a business not just of shopkeepers but of food makers as well.

Our two-year Corporate Graduate Scheme puts you right at the heart of it, placing you in the central teams that help our business grow and keep things running smoothly. Marketing. Property. Wholesale. Morrisons.com. These are just some of the areas you can explore and potentially build a career in after the end of your scheme.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll progress through a series of 24-week placements with different central teams, tackling real-world business problems, developing new skills, and gaining deep insight into our business and industry. You’ll also spend four weeks of each year working in a retail store, where you’ll be able to get a better understanding of our customers and their needs.

Throughout the two years, you’ll have lots of opportunities to shine on various big, exciting projects. You’ll also enjoy structured training and the support of a buddy and mentor every step of the way.

What you’ll need to join us
Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. We’re looking for graduates who will take ownership of problems and solve them, and who will bring a positive, determined attitude to everything they do. You need to be a great communicator with the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with all kinds of people. It’s also important that you have strong analytical and decision-making skills. A minimum 2:1 degree is essential.
