Milwaukee Field Marketing Executive Role (FME)

Milwaukee, TTI’s flagship brand, is so much more than power tools and we provide a full range of solutions across our industry, including lighting, storage, PPE, workwear, and accessories. Our relentless quest for innovation and our continual growth and drive for sustainability, means that we never stand still.

This Autumn, we are looking for ambitious and motivated graduates to join our programme and cover a region as field-based FMEs working across a diverse portfolio of products and solutions. Vacancies currently exist for 10 graduates throughout England.

What will I be Doing?

In these initial and integral roles, with your home as your administrative base, you will be covering one of our UK territories - acting as a brand ambassador and the face of Milwaukee for your region.

You will be organising your own time and your own schedules to meet with and support a group of well-known and respected accounts across one of our products categories.

You will be grasping opportunities to build and foster customer relationships, grow sales, educate stakeholders, conduct hands-on demonstrations, deliver high-impact merchandising, support major events, exhibitions and conferences and develop positive brand awareness.

The requirements for the role

We are looking for confident, influential communicators and relationship builders, self-motivated to develop a pride and passion for our brand, display a persistent, can-do attitude and take a hands-on organised and practical approach.

You will also need to be:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in any subject at a 2:2 or above
  • Entitled to drive in the UK with a full driving licence (including manual vehicles)
  • Entitled to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis
  • Living within your chosen region or prepared to relocate
  • Able to attend a one and a half day in-person Assessment Centre on the 10th and 11th of October 2023
  • Able to start in this role ideally before the 6th of November 2023
  • If you are not able to start by then, you can register your interest for later campaigns

Typically, after 12-18 months as an FME, you will be ready to look for your next opportunity in areas such as Marketing, National Accounts across one of our divisions or into our Ryobi consumer team or FME Supervisor
