The Field Marketing Executive Role

As an entry to TTI’s Graduate Leadership Programme, our prestigious, innovative and rapidly growing industrial/professional trade brand Milwaukee, is recruiting ambitious, results-driven, UK-wide and territory-based graduates as Field Marketing Executives.

We are recruiting for the following Territories: Scotland North (ideally based in Aberdeen), North East (ideally based in Newcastle), North West (ideally based in Manchester), Yorkshire and Humber (ideally based in York/Leeds), East Midlands (ideally based in Leicester), Norfolk/Suffolk (ideally based in Norwich/Ipswich), Central London (ideally based inside the M25), South Coast (ideally based in Bournemouth), Devon and Cornwall (ideally based in Plymouth).

You might not have thought about a career in power tools, but please don’t be put off if you don’t have this knowledge, experience or exposure as we will support you with comprehensive product training and wider sales and marketing/leadership career development. We can also guarantee on the job mentoring and the cohesion and camaraderie of a diverse and inclusive graduate team.

In this initial and integral role, usually 18 – 24 months, as a brand ambassador, you will be the face of Milwaukee - typically supporting a group of well-known and respected national account channels including electricals, automotives and builder merchants.

The Milwaukee brand is so well respected, innovative and aspirational in the marketplace and you will harness this popularity and grasp opportunities to build and foster customer relationships, grow sales, educate stakeholders, conduct hands-on demonstrations, merchandise, support major events/conferences and develop positive brand awareness.

The Requirements for the role

We are looking for confident, influential communicators to develop a pride and passion for our brand, display a persistent, can-do attitude and take a hands-on, organised and practical approach.

You will also need to be:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in any subject (business/engineering are highly relevant) with a 2:2 or above
  • Entitled to drive in the UK with a full driving licence
  • Entitled to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis
  • Living within your chosen territory or prepared to relocate
  • Available to start work on 1st April 2021
