As a business development representative you will be the backbone of the company, generating new business to work with all whilst making yourself some excellent bonuses. The Role:


As a Business development Representative you will be responsible for generating leads for the rest of your fantastic sales team. This is an entry level role and an exceptional opportunity for you to learn and build upon your sales skills, with great opportunities for growth and promotion in the business. You will go through our client's amazing training programme, being mentored by the senior sales superstars you will learn the best sales techniques on the market. This is not an easy position, you will need to work hard and you can't be scared to get involved and hit the phones hard!


Generating leads through cold calling and marketing email campaigns


Scheduling and attending daily meetings


Suggest new ways to build your network and attract new clients


Researching and attending conferences and networking events



We are looking for candidates that are:


Possess a positive attitude and an interest in building your sales knowledge


Work experience in a fast paced environment


Ideally educated to University level


Willing to step up and help other team members when needed


Excellent communication skills


Be driven and motivated to work hard and achieve the best results possible
