Your role

In this varied role you’ll play an active part in engineering design, modification and construction of a wide range of mechanical equipment for offshore oil and gas facilities. Static equipment will include pressure vessels, tanks and heat exchangers. Rotating equipment will include turbines, compressors, pumps and fans. And packaged equipment will span everything from power generation, to gas dehydration, through to crude oil treatment.

You’ll play an active part in the specification, technical evaluation and acceptance testing of equipment. What’s more, you’ll gain practical experience in a different discipline to expand your business knowledge and acumen.

What you’ll bring

We’ll expect you to have or expect a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. And of course, you’ll be keen to keep learning.

You should also demonstrate:

  • A high level of numeracy and IT skills
  • A real eye for detail
  • A collaborative approach to work
  • The ability to meet deadlines
