Baillie Accountants Limited are a family run business located in three sites across Shropshire and Birmingham. The company provides a wide range of compliance-based and strategic-planning services including year-end accounts, tax planning and self-assessment statements. They work with sole traders, SMEs and large organisations in the retail, engineering, IT, professional services and construction sectors. Thanks to their commitment to customer service and quality, the company have grown in size over the last five years. KEEN to consolidate their significant growth trend, Baillie wants to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Specialist. Based in its Much Wenlock branch.

The successful candidate will:
With a proven ability to design and deliver effective online marketing communication strategies, you will have a good understanding of the digital marketing tree, particularly SEO, social media and email marketing. You will have experience of online copywriting and editing and be able to use a variety of tactics to increase site visibility and improve conversion rates. You will also be able to use offline mediums to develop client-focused strategies that can complement online activities.

Being a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, you will be proficient at building and managing profitable B2B relationships using a variety of mediums. You will have the ability to work with different stakeholder groups to influence buying decisions, increase sales and retain customers.

To improve the quality of your online and offline strategies, you will be able to gather and analyse market intelligence and use the results to identify potential new target markets and client groups. You will understand the need to monitor marketing strategies and be able to use the result to increase the returns on investment of future campaigns. You will be able to use your innovative approach, attention to detail and time management skills to deliver online and offline strategies that can achieve their objectives and be able to work independently when necessary.

Qualified to degree level in Marketing, Business or other related disciplines, along with a good understanding of content management, CRM and reporting software packages plus Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative applications, you will have a portfolio of knowledge and skills that can be used to add value to this exciting project.
