We are looking for proactive and commercially focused Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our Insights team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be providing friendly and helpful customer service to our clients, as well as undertaking administrative support for the team in relation to new business and retention activities.

This role would suit someone who’s interested in pursuing a career in Marketing. You would need to be highly organised, can work well independently and communicate effectively with the team and our clients, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

What you would be doing:

Process contracts and input data onto the CRM/Database system

Ensure timely processing of invoices by liaising with finance teams

Maintain database ensuring up-to-date contact details are recorded

Responding to customer queries in a timely manner

Scheduling the communications relating to the re-sign of contracts for contributors

Create and schedule email communications with contributors to increase engagement

Assisting the team to ensure the online and PDF copies of the titles are error free

Become the CRM champion for the Insights team

Provide regular reports and metrics for the team

What we are looking for:
