It’s an exciting time for marketing, with the re-launch of our customer focussed campaigns. Join our leadership graduate programme and you’ll gain industry knowledge and key skills to fast track your marketing career, in an ethical Bank that continues to put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

A leadership role in marketing
You will gain an invaluable insight into the inner workings of an ethical bank through rotational placements – from exploring how we design and market our products, to seeing first-hand how they are delivered to customers. By the end of the programme, you'll be more than ready for a leadership role in marketing that could see you creating marketing strategies to deliver our commercial objectives.

Fantastic support
Throughout the two year programme we’ll give you all of the support we can to drive your career, with a mentor, sponsorship from a senior leader and a personal development plan. Your development path will draw together every aspect of your learning, from technical training to leadership skills, allowing you gain a professional Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification.

Are you made of the right stuff?
If you're a fast learner who's as driven as we are, you’ll enjoy grasping every opportunity with both hands and running with ideas that could shape the future of banking. We’re looking for creative thinkers who are ready to take on real responsibility and see things through. We also expect to see bags of potential, the communication skills needed to relate to people at all levels and ambitions of taking on a future leadership role at our Bank.
