Job Title: Marketing Executive

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE 

Location: Liverpool Street, London

The Role – 

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team to focused on helping us generate more candidates to place (50% of role) and more clients to work with (50% of role). This role will heavily consist of project-based work, so with each new project, you can renew your energy and knowledge about that specific project!

As a Marketing Executive, you will: 

• Design, develop, and grow our online channels
• Successfully utilise our CRM system to generate candidates, referrals, etc
• Partner with local universities to target upcoming graduates and build out an ambassador scheme 
• Create various forms of shareable content (blogs, case studies, job adverts, recruitment campaigns, etc)
• Help us further develop our partnerships (Sales Confidence, Sales Psyche, SDRs Anonymous, MyPeople)

 Ideal candidate –

• 2+ years of marketing experience required 
• Experience of working with students/ growing an online community 
• Knowledge of UK university systems 
• “SaaSy” personality - I.e. someone who understands the investment powered world 
• Relevant design skills to allow for content creation 
• Has worked successfully with a CRM system previously 
• Experience with email marketing (i.e. Mailchimp)
• Experience with social media marketing & sponsored content campaigns
• Experience with filming and editing videos
