The Marketing Development Executive Role:

As a Marketing Development Executive, you will join a close-knit and successful team sitting in a unique and crucial position bridging the gap between Sales and Marketing. You will work collaboratively with the wider business, with access to some of the latest Marketing / Research software, purchased data and sensitive information, in order to:

Research prospective companies to generate new B2B opportunities and revenue

Map out existing accounts to highlight upsell and/or cross-sell opportunities, to assist in increasing client spend

Generate Marketing attributed revenue and personal commission based on the above

Collate and convey knowledge and insight to educate the wider business, regarding Pareto's relationships and the commercial landscape as a whole

Reporting, management and analysis of the CRM Database

Contribute to the conception and execution of Marketing campaigns

Opportunity to train and mentor colleagues

The Marketing Development Executive:

Educated to degree level

Good commercial awareness and an interest in the B2B marketplace

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including on the phone

Analytical and methodical with good attention to detail

Highly IT literate - proficient in Microsoft Excel and interested in learning new digital marketing & database tools

Self-motivated - comfortable working to set KPIs and targets

Confident and able to demonstrate resilience
